Visited Centralia, Pennsylvania. It is a ghost town whos population dwindled from 1000 in 1981 to 10 in 2010 as a result of a mine fire.
We visited May's Diner and had Banana soft serve.
We also went to Pioneer Coal Mine in Ashland, PA and did a coal mine tour. The cart that took us in the mine was very shakey and authentic!
