Spring break week! We loaded the three quads in our new trailer that we built and headed to New Hampshire for the week. DH drove the camper while DW drove the truck with the trailer. The New Jersey barriers were really tight on this ride and were scary. It was a rainy ride in and Saturday we also had rain but the weather was overall good for the rest of the week.

The local state park was closed but the campground had about 12 miles of great trails. They had a little bit of everything, mud, water, rock

climbing, power lines and open fields. The first day we were having such a great time until, DS frame of his quad broke. We decided the only thing to do was to drive the 2 hours home so DH could weld it back together and drive back. It was fixed!

Wednesday was DH big 40 birthday. His parents came to NH to visit and stayed in Brattleboro. DH his dad and DS went quading and we cooked out on the grill, played the ladder game and had a bon fire.

We all had a great time riding our quads. One spot we liked was a sand dune that you could get pretty good speed and ride up the sides. There was also a tunnel that went under the rode that had water that was really neat.

We got to use our winches on several occasions where the mud was really thick and hard to get through.

Our friend Pete came out with his quad on Saturday and we went out for the day. We each probably put about 100 miles on our quads and we know we will be back to this campground very soon to do it again.
