This is our second annual Northeast Rally that we have attended and we had a great time. Friday night Gerry made his famous french fries that were delicious and Mike made hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill. It is a tradition that the host of the rally makes the first dinner and it is very relaxing to pull in and not have to think about cooking.

Through the night all the campers showed up and their ended up being 6 families including us. It was a smaller group than they were originally expecting but a fun group.

The campground had a lot of permanents but it was well kept. Our site was a good size but we didn't spend to much time at it. It had a nice river as well but it wasn't moving fast enough to try tubing.

Everyone hung out mostly at Gerry's site. Liz, Steve and Mike brought their guitars and played them for us. Steve you are really beginning to "suck". You are doing great! It really peaked an interest for DW to learn to play.

Saturday night was the pot luck dinner. I made pork ribs in the crock pot. Their was so much food to eat and everything came out great. DH did a great job manning the fire, I think he stole this role from someone....

Overall it was a really relaxing weekend and it was great to see everyone at the rally. This rally has become a great annual event that we look forward to throughout the year.
