Last year we camped for 4th of July weekend near DH sisters house for her annual party and it worked out great so we decided to do it again this year.
She does not have to many campgrounds in the area and the state park we camped at last year was booked so we decided to stay at Jellystone Park. It had mixed reviews
but we booked it anyways. On our way to the park we took Pinney Hill for the fist time and the camper made it fine, only hitting one small branch. Upon arrival
we could see that we would not be returning to this campground and would try to make the best of it.

We had all day Saturday to hang out in the campground. The campground has alot of potential to be a great campground. They have two pools, one you have to pay an additiona
$5 per day per person to use which I thought was to much considering they were already charging $62 per night, but we paid it so DS could use the slide. We spent most of
the day by the pool, and we went to see the band that night. They have their own liquor license so you were not able to bring your own drinks to the show.

Sunday was the 4th of July so we headed to DH sisters for the party.
It is always a great time and great food. DS went tubing on the lake, played wiffle ball and swam in the lake. DH showed off his new glasses
and we watched fireworks over the lake. It was another successful trip but we will book earlier in the future to reserve the state park.
