Hammonasset Beach state park is a great campground! We were not has happy with our site
as last time (that why the 9 instead of 10 rating) however the site was still huge and still
within walking distance of the beach. The weather Friday and Saturday was absolutyly perfect
and DW and DS spent most of there time at the beach. I would relax in the camper for a little
while before joinging then. We had fun building sandcastles, playing paddle ball, laying out
and relaxing.
Saturday night we went to the movie at the amplitheater we saw colledge

Sunday was a bit of a washout but we still had fun at the snake show at the Nature Center.
and walking around when the clouds cleared for a little bit.
Monday the weather was clear again so we spent most of the morning walking along the rocks
finding little crabs and jelly fish and all sort of neet things.
It was a great weekend, We also played alot of hacky sack and rode bikes alot.
We had a great time and will be visiting this campground again.
This campground had no hookups but it had nice hot showers in the restrooms.
